Management Committee, Focal Points and selected key staff participate in a workshop to finalize the 2014 workplan and budget. It also includes improved IDOs, Indicators and Target setting in line with our move to operationalize a Results Based Management System (RBMS). Organization with invited participants is underway and Partners are expected to finalize intial drafts before the workshop takes place. We use an online collaboration environment to serve as repository and sharing of content platform to further prepare for this workshop.
