Piloting Results-Based Management for Humidtropics

Humidtropics is holding a 3-day Results-Based Management Workshop for Monitoring & Evaluation experts at IITA in Ibadan, Nigeria, from February 25  to 27, 2014. The key outputs will deal with enhancing readiness for managing by results, monitoring and evaluation for results. Workshop participants will take part in the development of indicator matrices, targets, metrics and means of verification to track, evaluate and report on Humidtropics’ progress towards its six Intermediate Development Outcomes (IDOs) on Income, Nutrition, Productivity, Environment, Gender and Innovation. The workshop is also preparatory to Humidtropics’ Extension Proposal Workshop to be held in March, 2014.
